I was told that at first I needed a major part for a damaged front turn signal on my Avalon.  My son and I took it to Classic Toyota in Round Rock and didn't need the expensive part after all.  Rafael looked at it and decided the part it REALLY needed and wasn't half as much as first quoted.  He ordered the part on Friday and  put it on the car the following Tuesday.  His courtesy and consideration is to be commended as well.  The next time our car needs servicing, I know where I'm going!!

Kudos to Tim Belilakov and Tim Williams who made our purchase of our second Toyota Sienna a pleasure.  Interaction with Tim through the website was outstanding and it allowed for our car purchase through Tim Beliakof to go smoothly with a fair trade-in for our 2006 Sienna
.

Bruce was our sales associate and he answered all our questions, gave us a fair price on both the car and the trade in. Overall we left very satisfied and would highly recommend this dealership.

I went here this past Thursday just to look at some used Camry's and get a trade in estimate for my truck.  Well, about four hours later I ended up driving off the lot with a new(er) car, haha.
Our sales guy, Brian, was really easy going and didn't pressure us at all, which is something I appreciate in car sales.  The last thing I want when looking at potentially spending several thousand dollars is someone who can't take no for an answer and won't leave you alone.  Anyway, the negotiating process was fairly painless and Brian was more than willing to work with us to reach a price that we were comfortable with.  Heck, they ended up giving me a pretty darn good interest rate and $2k over blue book value for my truck, and all I was planning on doing was just looking.
Overall I was quite pleased with my buying experience here and would probably go back again.  Maybe just to look next time.....

Loved it!!! I had to get a headlight replaced in my 2005 Toyota Camry. Mike Noack was my service advisor and he was amazing. The appointment took hardly any time, my total bill was only $27, and Mike was super friendly. I couldn't be happier with my experience. I'll will absolutely be going back there for any future service work and I'll recommend it to my friends. Thank you so much!!!!

I purchased a 2012 Tundra in January
from Round Rock Toyota. I have to admit that my intention when I went there was not to purchase a vehicle from RR Toyota because I was already in negotiations with another Toyota dealership in South Texas. I visited RR Toyota to see and test drive a similar Tundra that I saw online in South Texas. After contacting Mark Sullivan the sales person there he went out of his way to show me the Tundra that closely had the same features as the one I saw on-line. What was nice about this was that I let him know up front what I was doing and Mark stilled worked with me to ensure that I got the full orientation of the Tundra. After kicking the tires around and a test drive Mark asked me if I would give him the chance to meet or beat the deal I was making with the other dealer. Convinced that I had the best deal possible Mark and the RR Toyota group were successful in matching that deal saving me a 6 hour drive. At no time did I feel pressured to buy this vehicle nor was I met with broken promises. Since the sale Mark has contacted me asking if there was anything else they could do. Thanks Mark for making my buying experience a great one.

My wife and I recently purchased a 2011 Toyota Rav4 Limited V6 from Round Rock Toyota in December of 2011. I will break the purchase experience into two parts--the actual purchase negotiations and the after purchased service/communication. Like some people, I don't like to haggle about price. While the purchase process was not "high pressure", it was drawn-out and somewhat stressful. The sales persons were very reluctant to allow us to leave the dealership and think about it. I expect they knew that if someone leaves the dealership, they are less likely to make the sale later. It was also at the end of December and they appeared very motivated to reduce their inventory before the start of the New Year. After a couple hours of hard negotiation, we did reach an agreement. Our sales person was Jose Nevarez—he was helpful and knowledgeable. As the negotiations progressed, we also encountered several other layers of management. All were courteous and provided the information we requested during the negotiations. So I would give that part of the process a rating of three stars—mostly because it was so tedious and extended. Once we agreed on a price, the paper work completion and financing arrangement were efficient and relatively painless. After the purchase, we have communicated with the dealer several times—mostly little questions and comments. Their responses have always been personal and prompt. We are quite satisfied with the Rav4 so far, although we have less than 1000 miles on the car. Almost everyone loves a new car, so the real test will be as the years and miles accumulate. We have not taken the car in for service at the dealer yet (the first 20K of oil changes are “free”), so I cannot comment on that aspect yet. I would give the post-sale service a rating of 5, for an overall average of 4 stars.

I had gone to several toyota dealerships looking for a 4Runner and found the one i like here at Round Rock Toyota. Tried Charles Maund and salesperson didnt know anything of the 4runner, had to keep walking around to check the sticker everytime i asked a question. Went to Round Rock and had no pressure at all, all questions were answered quickly, no hassles, got a great deal and warranty!! As soon as we arrived we were met by Marc S. let us test drive the 4Runner we wanted and even let me do a little off road testing too!! He offered to let us drive other vehicles if we wanted to. We ended up buying to first one we drove and still love it. Thanks for the great service!!!

Excellent experience, very pleasant. Before I went there, I exchanged a few emails with an internet salesman named Lance Gremillion. He is very professional and informative, and I also like his direct style very much. My wife and I decided to buy a new corolla LE 2011 and we did some research on roughly what people paid for such a car. When my wife, an experienced friend of ours and I were at Round Rock Toyota, we had an excellent experiecnce with the salesmans there. Jose Nevarez was especially helpful. He immediately showed us exactly the kind of car that we were asking for and accompanied us nicely for a driving test. Then as expected, we had a long bargaining process. I should emphasize that although business is business (as we all agree), the whole process turned out to be very pleasant because of mutual respect. Jose showed remarkable patience and was always trying to be helpful. Finally we were happy with the price and we decided to buy the car right way. Actually I did not expect buying a car to be so smooth and even enjoyable. This is truly a wonderful experience.

The service department went completely out of their way to take care of my Toyota Corolla that i purchased in Louisiana. If i decide to get another Toyota I'm coming here!

I thought our sales rep, Brian Gilbert, was really great. He was very personable and getting to know him more over our afternoon together, an overall cool person. He's straight up and will help you out if you are upfront about your needs. I trusted him. The other sales team was really helpful too. We went on a busy Saturday in December during "toyotathon" and just felt like they wouldn't let us leave without us buying a car:) It was great that we walked out with a new car at a good deal (They came down on the new car price and came up a bit on our current car's appraisal), but I was sorry to spend six hours inside the dealership waiting for the final offer. I normally keep my cars until they are on their last leg, so it had been 10+ years before I had gone through that process... just felt unprepared for all the going back and forth between us and the mysterious "back" to speak with managers or whatever goes on back there, but I'm sure that's to get financial offers worked up and approved... or something. All-in-all, it's understandable with the busy season and many people that were there that day. I felt worn down at the end of it, but Brian helped it go by pleasantly, and I LOVE my Prius.

Best Experience All-around. Having had my 2009 Sienna and 1993 Pickup servied at RoundRock Toyota I knew the dealership and some of the employees. My service experience was nothing short of the best I've ever received and at 43 yrs old, that's a good amount. That experience has been front-ended by Mike Noack my Service Advisor. I am a die-hard Toyota buyer and so when it came time for our Sienna Lease to expire in December 2011 we looked to RoundRock Toyota to help us decided whether to lease again or purchase, as we knew we wanted a new Sienna (4 kids). The folks at RoundRock worked with me while I assessed the merits of lease vs. buy. I never felt pressure either way. I truly felt that the team there wanted what is in my best interest. Long story short - we purchased a new 2012 Sienna. The experience was so good infact that the very next week I decided it was time to move on from my old 1993 pickup into a more functional, "take the kids to school" type of car. Having a new Sienna we did not need another mini-van. I opted for a 2012 Camry. I worked with the same sales team and this time went with a lease as this is my first Camry and with 4 growing kids our needs may very well be different in 3 years. If I love the Camry and it fits my needs for the future, I'll buy one when my lease is up. In the end I ended up with 2 new Toyotas in 2 weeks thanks to the fantastic experience I had working with Jim Godfrey who is the Sales Consultant I worked with on both vehicles. Frankly I wouldn't have stepped into the Camry at the time was it not for the exceptional experience I've had at RoundRock Toyota as I was happy with the truck and stretching it out another year or so. I'm a very happy RoundRock Toyota customer, have been and will be.

We trade a 4 year SUV for a Toyota Prius 2011, we received an excellent attention for the salesman (Tim), if you need to buy a new car I recommend ask for Tim Beliakov, he took all the time to explain us in detail of the features of the car, treat us professionally, no doubt that if we need to buy another we wil return to Round Rock Toyota. The good quality of the service, building, information makes me feel confortable with my purchase.

I did not buy my Toyota from Round Rock Toyota, but I get all my service done there because of their excellent service department. I was NOT impressed with the service department at Charles Maund Toyota (where I bought the car) since one of their service advisors spoke to me condescendingly and tried to add unnecessary services because he didn't think a woman would be well-informed about auto maintenance. He was sadly mistaken. On the other hand, Round Rock Toyota service advisors have gone above and beyond to give me fast, attentive service for my car.  They have never tried to add extra nonessential services, nor have they treated me as inferior. There is a mini-Starbucks in the dealership where customers can get free Starbucks coffee, free cokes, and extras. For example, today our service was going to take longer than usual so the service advisor offered to take us to several different places and even gave us free movie tickets to see a movie while we waited. Furthermore, another employee came by while we were waiting and asked if there was anything else they could do to make our visit even better. Finally, we came in with a coupon, but the advisor checked and found a coupon with a better discount for us, so we actually saved much more money than we had anticipated. While I cannot speak for the sales department, I have no hesitation in recommending the service department at Round Rock Toyota. Go see J.D. or Scott, or any of the other great service advisors for any of your service needs.

We had visited several Toyota dealers and were not happy with their high pressure sales tatics. We then decided to try Round Rock Toyota, at first we walked onto the carlot, passed several sales staff with no response from any of them, we walked further towards the Tundra and Tacoma area and Deborah saw us and approached us immediately, both her friendliness, postive attitude and professional acumen impressed both my wife and I, answering all questions concerning performance, options and trailering packages. She introduced us to her sales manager, Marty, who was equally as professional, yet friendly. We told them this Tacoma was for our son who would be returning from Iraq at the end of November. They found us the Tacoma we were searching for in short order and were very helpful in getting the price we needed. All in all, a completely satisfying experience.

I have bought two new vehicles from Round Rock ( Classic) Toyota. Both purchases were handled in a professional, efficient and no- nonsense manner. This is a top notch operation.

Let me start off by saying I hate car dealerships.  SERIOUSLY, never been to a "good car dealership," before.  This review is for their service department.  WOW, seriously, it was labor day weekend and my car was making a weird noise (for the last year) and they verified the noise, got me in a rental and I was on my merry way.  It took a few days, but I had a rental so I was fine and dandy.  They called me a few days later and said my car was done. The good thing about this place:
*They called and kept me updated on my car (when parts came in)
*I got a rental
*Good customer service
It's simple as that.  I don't find myself as scared to walk in this dealership... buying a car on the other hand, I'm not so sure!

Scott Backus has been my service rep the past 6 years and has provided excellent service. He has tried to keep all repairs on my Sienna to a minimum and is always honest and works hard to give me the best price. Everyone is always friendly and upbeat.

Friendly Toyota dealership with a Starbucks-franchised coffee bar inside. Ask for a free coffee coupon while waiting for your oil change!

"It was a pleasure buying our Tundra from Round Rock Toyota. Their kid-friendly environment made it very easy to just sit and think about the car and their entire staff is extremely friendly. We would buy from them again."
