I thought our sales rep, Brian Gilbert, was really great. He was very personable and getting to know him more over our afternoon together, an overall cool person. He's straight up and will help you out if you are upfront about your needs. I trusted him. The other sales team was really helpful too. We went on a busy Saturday in December during "toyotathon" and just felt like they wouldn't let us leave without us buying a car:) It was great that we walked out with a new car at a good deal (They came down on the new car price and came up a bit on our current car's appraisal), but I was sorry to spend six hours inside the dealership waiting for the final offer. I normally keep my cars until they are on their last leg, so it had been 10+ years before I had gone through that process... just felt unprepared for all the going back and forth between us and the mysterious "back" to speak with managers or whatever goes on back there, but I'm sure that's to get financial offers worked up and approved... or something. All-in-all, it's understandable with the busy season and many people that were there that day. I felt worn down at the end of it, but Brian helped it go by pleasantly, and I LOVE my Prius.

Having had my 2009 Sienna and 1993 Pickup servied at RoundRock Toyota I knew the dealership and some of the employees. My service experience was nothing short of the best I've ever received and at 43 yrs old, that's a good amount. That experience has been front-ended by Mike Noack my Service Advisor. I am a die-hard Toyota buyer and so when it came time for our Sienna Lease to expire in December 2011 we looked to RoundRock Toyota to help us decided whether to lease again or purchase, as we knew we wanted a new Sienna (4 kids). The folks at RoundRock worked with me while I assessed the merits of lease vs. buy. I never felt pressure either way. I truly felt that the team there wanted what is in my best interest. Long story short - we purchased a new 2012 Sienna. The experience was so good infact that the very next week I decided it was time to move on from my old 1993 pickup into a more functional, "take the kids to school" type of car. The experience was so good infact that the very next week I decided it was time to move on from my old 1993 pickup into a more functional, "take the kids to school" type of car. Having a new Sienna we did not need another mini-van. I opted for a 2012 Camry. I worked with the same sales team and this time went with a lease as this is my first Camry and with 4 growing kids our needs may very well be different in 3 years. If I love the Camry and it fits my needs for the future, I'll buy one when my lease is up. In the end I ended up with 2 new Toyotas in 2 weeks thanks to the fantastic experience I had working with Jim Godfrey who is the Sales Consultant I worked with on both vehicles. Frankly I wouldn't have stepped into the Camry at the time was it not for the exceptional experience I've had at RoundRock Toyota as I was happy with the truck and stretching it out another year or so. I'm a very happy RoundRock Toyota customer, have been and will be.

Rock Toyota, but I get all my service done there because of their excellent service department. I was NOT impressed with the service department at Charles Maund Toyota (where I bought the car) since one of their service advisors spoke to me condescendingly and tried to add unnecessary services because he didn't think a woman would be well-informed about auto maintenance. He was sadly mistaken. On the other hand, Round Rock Toyota service advisors have gone above and beyond to give me fast, attentive service for my car. They have never tried to add extra nonessential services, nor have they treated me as inferior. There is a mini-Starbucks in the dealership where customers can get free Starbucks coffee, free cokes, and extras. For example, today our service was going to take longer than usual so the service advisor offered to take us to several different places and even gave us free movie tickets to see a movie while we waited. Finally, we came in with a coupon, but the advisor checked and found a coupon with a better discount for us, so we actually saved much more money than we had anticipated. While I cannot speak for the sales department, I have no hesitation in recommending the service department at Round Rock Toyota. Go see J.D. or Scott, or any of the other great service advisors for any of your service needs.

the past 6 years and has provided excellent service. He has tried to keep all repairs on my Sienna to a minimum and is always honest and works hard to give me the best price. Everyone is always friendly and upbeat.

Starbucks-franchised coffee bar inside. Ask for a free coffee coupon while waiting for your oil change!
"It was a pleasure buying our Tundra from Round Rock Toyota. Their kid-friendly environment made it very easy to just sit and think about the car and their entire staff is extremely friendly. We would buy from them again."

"This is our second vehicle from Round Rock Toyota. We had all our maintenance done there, and when it was time to trade, we only considered RR Toyota. We are very pleased with the sales and service."

"Mohammed Merchant is an excellent salesman. Gave me the facts about the vehicle and let the van sell itself. He was very pleasant to deal with. I would definitely recommend him to anyone that is looking at purchasing a Toyota."

Let me start off by saying I hate car dealerships. SERIOUSLY, never been to a "good car dealership," before. This review is for their service department. WOW, seriously, it was labor day weekend and my car was making a weird noise (for the last year) and they verified the noise, got me in a rental and I was on my merry way. It took a few days, but I had a rental so I was fine and dandy. They called me a few days later and said my car was done. The good thing about this place:
*They called and kept me updated on my car (when parts came in)
*I got a rental
*Good customer service
It's simple as that. I don't find myself as scared to walk in this dealership... buying a car on the other hand, I'm not so sure!
